Did they know about the “Basic Code of Human Decency”!? English/Ingles

We have been denied of a normal life for years, we have been abused mentally, emotionally and physically as a result; what I have written in this pages that not account for the entirety of what we had to endure this long nine years and still enduring. Please if you get to read this blog (something I was not able to do before, not sure now would be reaching anyone now) help us to stop the retaliation of Judges at the Miami Civil Court against our family (something that started their retaliation, when we have tried to report their corruption, bribes, frauds,abuse of power, ethics violation…..).

A nuestra familia se le ha negado una vida normal por anos, hemos sido sin piedad hostigados acosados, abusados mentalmente, emocionalmente y fisicamente; estas narrativas no reflejan en la totalidad lo que nos han obligado a sufrir todos estos anos y lo que aun seguimos sufriendo. Por favor le agradecemos que si lee nuestro blog (algo que no me han dejado hacer antes, y ni estoy segura que en estos momentos le este llegando a las personas ahora) nos ayude a parar la venganza de algunos de los Jueces en la Corte Civil de Miami en contra de nuestra familia (algo que comenzo esta venganza fue cuando tratamos de reportar la corrupcion, sobornos, fraudes, abuso de poder, violaciones eticas……..).

We have being a family living with values and moral principles, following our faith, part of Good Shepperd Catholic Church with Rev. Father Michael Greer, almost since the opening, being active worshipers, married by him and later on our sons baptized, first Communions, altar servers and confirmations in it, my sons attending Catholic Schools like Saint Brendan (where I was a catequist in the Church) and Belen Jesuit, also attending Florida Christian School later (and not help from either the Church or Schools, on the contrary) passing it all on to our sons, but what happened since the insertion of my divorce have devastated us, supplementing with the sudden passing of the father of my sons in March 7th, 2008, this had a deep impact in all of us because not letting my sons see the father until eight long days later from the passing at the MasPons Funeral home at 7895 SW 40th street only, but not before the viewing, not at the medical examiner office in the NW in downtown Miami, or Aventura Hospital were he was taken, he was residing in that area; clear violation of the law, also we were not given the medical records requested at the hospital or records from the call to the the rescue, also still do not know what happened to any of his property and personal effects, later not able to grieve or have closure, not allowed to follow body to final resting place.

Nuestra familia ha vivido siempre con valores y principios morales, en seguimiento de nuestra fe cristiana, como parte de la Iglesia Catolica de El buen Pastor junto al Padre Miguel Greer casi desde su comienzo, siendo practicantes asiduos, celebramos ahi nuestro matrimonio y mas tarde mis hijos bautizados, primera Comuniones, monaguillos, Confirmaciones ahi mismo, mis hijos atendiendo escuelas Catolicas como Saint Brendan (donde fui catequista en la Iglesia) y Belen Jesuita, tambien mas tarde atendiendo la escuelas Florida Christian (sin recibir ninguna ayuda ni la Iglesia o las escuelas sino por el contrario) pasando a nuestros hijos todo esto, pero lo que paso desde que comenzo mi caso de divorcio nos ha desvastado, adicionando que el inesperado fallecimiento del padre de mis hijos en Marzo 7, 2008, esto dejo un profundo impacto en todos nosotros porque no dejaron a mis hijos ver el cuerpo de su padre hasta despues de ocho largos dias despues de fallecido y solo en la Funeraria MasPons situada en 7895 SW 40 calle, ni siquiera antes de presentarlo para la vista, ni tampoco en las oficinas del medico examinador en el NW del downtown de Miami, ni en el Hospital de Aventura donde fue llevado, pues residia en esa area; una clara violacion de la ley, ni siquiera nos dieron los records medicos del Hospital ni tampoco records de la llamada al rescue, ni hemos podido saber que paso con sus pertennecias y bienes, luego no pudimos tener un periodo para recordarlo o rezarle, ya que no nos dejaron acompanar el cuerpo a su destino final.

My name is Marina Meadows, I studied Economics, my mother name Marina Gonzalez and my three sons Paul, Stephen and Christopher, we have been in peril for years now, because of the retaliation against us from the “Honorable” Judges at the Miami Civil Court, Judges: Eugene J. Fiero, but must pres sidings by Magistrate Sanford Halber, Celeste H. Muir, Scott M. Bernstein, that were involved in my divorce of 2002, case #02-26259FC-26 (2002-04), case # 02-26259FC-29 (2004), case # 02-26259-FC04 (2005) changing and toying with the case # so people wont be able to find it. I under the advisement of attorney Laura de Ona from Coral Gables, was for two months in front of the Civil Court with “sings” in last intent to make them understand the true of what they were doing to our family, after almost two painful years with attorneys: Stanley M. Newmark, Esq., Seth E. Schneiderman, Esq. , he went to confront us and laugh at us while we where at the Court with the “signs” , my mother told him that he robbed me of forty thousand dollars because he did not do anything, to what he replied: “Yes I robbed your money, so what? …(from the law firm of Andrew Leinoff & Lemos, PA) and Stephen Cahen Esq., I want to add that the father of my sons at the insertion of the divorce together with his attorney George A. Minski (from the law firm Roth, Rousso, Katsman & Schneider, LLP.) bribed the Judge Maria Korvick (who is the administrative Judge now, nice reward for doing wrong things and destroy lives) to get an order to Baker Act me without facts to support it, but of course she did not need facts !, with this Baker Act they will take away my credibility a very important point to their advantage in the presiding, without regards of what would that do to me, the suffering, the nightmares because I never knew or dream of anything like it, that could be done to a person that had never been with a mental problem of any kind, but that horrible time was nothing compared to the years that they have tried to drive me crazy, together with my whole family as well, so they will justified the Judge’s bad actions, they used all tools they had to their disposal to shut us up, better, to make other people believe it, I have no words to express what is been done and what they still doing every day to our family. What did the father of my sons and his lawyer knew, that they had so much confidence, enough to say to me all the time “You had no even a leg to stand on” ?.

Mi nombre es Marina Meadows, studie la carrera de Stadisticas Economicas, mi madre Marina Gonzalez y mis tres hijos, Paul, Stephen y Cristopher, hemos estado al borde del abismo por anos, por la venganza en contra de nuestra familia de algunos de los “Honorables” jueces de la Corte Civil de Miami, jueces: Eugene J. Fiero, pero casi siempre presidiendo el magistrado Sanford Halber, Celeste H. Muir, Scott M. Bernstein,que estuvieron envueltos en mi proceso de divorcio del 2002, caso # 02-2659FC-26 (2002-04), caso # 02-2659FC-29 (2004), caso # 02-2659FC-04 (2005), jugando y cambio el numero de caso sin siquiera avisarme para que la gente no pudiera solicitarlo. Yo bajo el consejo de la abogada Laura de Ona radicada en Coral Gables, estuve enfrete a la Corte Civil de Miami como por dos meses con “carteles” en un ultimo intento de que el juez supiera y entendiera lo que realmente le estaban haciendo a mi familia, ya que despues de casi dos dolorosisimos anos con los abogados Stanley M. Newmark, Seth E. Schneiderman el cual estuvo a reirse y confrontarme cuando estaba en la Corte con los “carteles’, my madre le dijo que me habia robado cuarenta mil dolares ya que no habia hecho nada por mi, y el le replico: “Si me lo robe y que ? (de la firma de abogados Andrew Leinoff & Lemos, PA) y Stephen Cahen, y quiero agregar que al comunicarle de mi intencion de divorcio al padre de mis hijos, y sin abogado aun, el junto con su abogado George A. Minski (de la firma de abogados Roth, Russo, Katsman & Schneider, LLP) soborno a la jueza Maria Korvick (quien es la jueza administrativa en estos momentos, muy buen regalo por hacer cosas mal hechas y destruir las vidas de las personas) para poner una orden de internarme en un Hospital mental que se llama Baker Act, todo esto sin tener ninguna prueba, ni hechos que lo respaldara ya que no existen, porsupuesto ella no necesitaba hechos y con esto me quitarian toda la credibilidad, cosa importante para el proceso de divorcio y ellos tener ventaja sobre mi, la jueza no tuvo conciencia en pensar lo que eso me afectaria, sin consideracion de mi sufrimiento y la terrible pesadilla que pasaria, ya que ni en suenos podria ocurrirseme que eso se le pudiera hacer a una persona buena y en sano juicio sin ningun problema mental alguno, bueno todo esto tan horripilante no fue nada comparado con todo estos anos en los que han tratado de volverme completamente insana junto a con mi familia tambien, solo para justificar las acciones malas que tomo la jueza, ellos han estado usando todas las herramientas que tienen a su disposicion para callarnos, o mejor que eso, hacer que las personas a nuestro alrededor tambien lo creyecen; yo no tengo palabras realmente como expresar todo lo que nos han hecho y nos siguen haciendo cada dia a nuestra familia. Que sabia el padre de mis hijos y su abogado, que tenian tanta confidencia, suficiente como para decirme todo el tiempo ” Tu no tienes ni una pata donde pararte”. ?

Well I would like to say that I spent approximately more than eighty thousand dollars in attorneys, accountants (like Ms. Loretta Fabricant (recomended by the law firm of Andrew Leinoff & Lemos, PA) who kept hidden many of my important records and more), professionals (court reporters, investigators…) involved, this under the wrong advice of my lawyers, whom I was thinking were on my side, unfortunately it was to late when I came to realize they were not, a horrifying betrayal. They knew completely our financial situation, and did not even got me child support (the lawyer at the time told me to go to the Child Support Office in downtown to fill an application, so I applied on April 18th, 2005 and after toying with me and doing horrible things all they wanted in that office, they started the payments on July 6, 2006 very conveniently for them so I would not have money to pay the house), ending us in welfare, despite my hardest efforts to get a job, or trying to get a nursing degree with no avail, and on the other hand the father of my sons was spending lots of money every day………….

Bien quisiera decirles que gaste aproximadamente mas de ochenta mil dolares en pagos de abogados, contadores (como una de ellos Ms. Loretta Fabricant (recomendada por la firma de abogados Andrew Leinoff y Lemos, PA) la cual desaparecio algunos de mis records mas importantes y mas), y profesionales (reporteros de la corte, investigadores….) involucrados, esto todo por el consejo equivocado que me daban mis abogados, los cuales yo pensaba que trabajaban para mi, desafortunadamente fue demasiado tarde cuando me di cuenta que no era asi, una horrible traicion. Los abogados tenian conocimiento total de nuestra situacion financiera, y ni siquiera consiguieron lograr el soporte para los ninos (el abogado en ese tiempo me dijo que fuera a la oficina de Enforzamiento de Soporte en el downtown para llenar una aplicacion, asi que aplique en Abril 18, 2005 y despues que jugaron conmigo y me hicieron horrores en esa oficina, entonces comenzaron los pagos en Julio 6, 2006 muy convenientemente para ellos ya que no tendria en todo ese tiempo dinero para pagar la casa), terminando asi nosotros en el Welfare (ayuda del gobierno para necesitados), y todo esto a pesar de todos mis esfuerzos para conseguir trabajo, o tratando de estudiar para enfermera sin ningun resultado, y por otra parte el padre de mis hijos se le veia gastando mucho dinero en todos lados cada dia………..

The Judges were so angry about the “signs” bringing all to light, that being so corrupted that they had gone as far as they can and beyond, violating any ethics or decency to punish us, manipulating a cover up to destroy our family. Using government entities, colleagues, police, state attorney office and more, making sure we all collapse slowly but surely with mental, emotional and physical abuse as hard as they know how to provide it, our normal routines have been lost, our lives shattered and making sure no one will come to our rescue, not only crippling our social lives us becoming social fossils, but so horrible that we can not even get a doctor to help us, on the contrary the harmed us……….

Los Jueces estaban tan furiosos acerca de los “carteles’ que sacaron todo a la luz, siendo tan corruptos que han ido lejos y mas, violando todas las eticas o decencia para castigarnos, manipulando a todos encubriendo su maldad todo para destruir nuestra familia. Usando entidades gubernamentales, colegas, policia, fiscalia y mas, asegurandose que colapsaramos lentamente pero seguramente con abuso mental, emocional y fisico tan duro como como ellos estan acostumbrados a hacerlo, nuestras rutinas normales se perdieron, nuestras vidas desmoronadas y asegurandose que nadie viniera en nuestra ayuda, no solamente cortando nuestras vidas sociales dejandonos como fosiles sociales, pero tan horrible que ni siquiera los doctores nos ayudan, por el contrario nos hacen dano……….

What was done to me by the welfare staff at the One Stop Job Search office located at 97 Ave and Coral Way was despicable and after ten months of torturing me every way possible, and to cover themselves the got me a temporary job, just a trick for me to feel that the nightmare came to end, but no way !! at Goldfarb Fisher Novelty, Inc. (only for one month) they continue to abuse me in every way the could, not only they made my days intolerable but gave me something to drink at a celebration that poison my stomach for about three months (Juan Mantilla, MD refer me to Jorge D. Castaneda, MD at Digestive Medicine Ass., neither of them did anything to get me better) and it took more than a year for my stomach to feel some kind of better again, but never the way I was; later on in this tragedy I came to realize that harmed of the stomach came to all of us, to my middle son in 2009 (visiting the outpatient office at Baptist Hospital of Gastroenterology Group of South Florida on August 5th, 2009 , seen by Doctor Pedro J. Ramos, and still suffering to this day), to my mother 2010, while at the Hospital Kendall Medical Center (harming her much more) and two my other two sons subsequently 2010-2011.

Lo que me hicieron en la oficina de Welfare One Stop busqueda de trabajo localizada en la 97 avenida y la calle de Coral Way fue espantoso y despues de diez meses de torturarme de todas las maneras posibles, y para cubrirse sus espaldas me consiguieron un trabajo temporario, solo fue un truco para que yo sintiera que la pesadilla habia terminado, pero no fue asi ! en Golfarb Fisher Novelty, Inc. (solo por un mes) ellos continuaron abusandome en todas las maneras que encontraron, no solo haciendo mis dias intolerables pero dandome a tomar una bebida en una celebracion que me enveneno el estomago por mas de tres meses (Juan Mantilla, MD me refirio a Jorge D. Castaneda de Digestive Medice Ass., ninguno de los dos hizo nada para que me sintiera mejor) y me tomo mas de un ano para que mi estomago se sintiera alguna mejoria nuevamente, pero nunca como lo tenia antes, mas adelante en esta trajedia vine a darme cuenta que el dano del estomago nos lo han hecho a todos, mi hijo del medio en el 2009 (visitando la consulta de pacientes del Hospital Baptist en Agosto 5, 2009, viendolo el Doctor Pedro J. Ramos, y sigue sufriendo hasta el dia de hoy), mi madre en el 2010 cuando estuvo en el Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center (danandola mucho mas) y a mis otros dos hijos subsequentemente 2010-2011.

Our lives became and still unbearable to live, being bullied every where we went and more, breaking every fiber of normality and the core of our family union, since we could not understand what was happening to us, friends and relatives disappeared from our lives without an “apparent” motive, acting very strangely, problems arising with every light of the day; car insurance cancelled and nobody will insured us, alarm company sending police without ringing, fast food places always wrong with orders, restaurants or cafeterias nasty, Miami-Dade animal services, mail orders, photography places school related orders wrong bad photos, could not develop photos always they said rolls were blanks, the Gymnasium LA Fitness Int’l, LLC, car dealers Honda, Toyota West Kendall doing maintenance charging lots but not doing it, or breaking other things, any car maintenance place as well, house bills always wrong and not able to fix them, grocery stores always wrong at the register or bad food, pharmacies Sedanos, Navarro, Walgreen, CVS, same thing, hair dressers salon all over giving us a terrible service and charging a lot, after having to stop going to my salon at My Hair Place since the owner who we knew for years burned my scalp on purpose twice while doing a color, Wachovia and Washington Mutual banks had done horrible things with our accounts, Best Buy, Office Depot, well stores in general with defective merchandise or broken, Post office, travel agencies, dry cleaners, department of elections, driver license office, passports, sunpass charging my bank while not even carrying it in the car, on top of all that things began to brake all over the house even if they were new, and when great professionals whom we knew for years came to fix them, things will continue to brake two weeks later an so on; this with the intention to end moneyless, of the little we had, ending up in the house with liking ceilings, new air conditioning broken, no electricity in parts of the house and broken things all over, well in a nut shell more than a nightmare a total chaos………it have been essential to pray very hard and a lot to be able to keep our sanity !!!

Nuestras vidas se hicieron y se ha hacen horripilantes de vivir, sido humillados, hostigados y mas donde quiera que vamos, rompiendo cada fibra de normalidad y el fondo de nuestra union familiar, ya que no podiamos entender lo que nos estaba pasando, amistades y familiares desaparecieron de nuestras vidas sin “aparente” motivo, comportandose muy extrano, los problemas nos los daban y dan con cada luz del dia; el seguro de los carros cancelados y nadie nos aseguraba, la compania de alarma disparaba la alarma viniendo la policia sin motivo pues nada sonaba, lugares de comida rapida dandonos ordenes equivocadas, en los restaurantes y cafeterias nos tratan mal, Miami-Dade animal services, compras por correo, lugares de sacarse fotos relacionada con las escuelas nos hacian ordenes equivocadas o malas fotos, no poder revelar los rollos de fotos por decir que los rollos estaban en blanco, el gymnacio LA Fitness Int’l, LLC, el dealer de carros Honda, West Kendall Toyota al hacer mantenimiento u otro trabajo nos cobraban de mas y no hacian el trabajo, o rompiendo otras cosas, y demas lugares de mantemiento de carros tambienlos pagos de la casa siempre equivocados y no poder arreglarlos, supermercados algo equivocado al llegar a la registradora o la comida podrida, en las farmacias Sedanos, Navarro, Walgreen, CVS, lo mismo siempre algo malo incluyendo malas medicinas, al ir a las peluquerias despues de dejar de ir a la nuestra My Hair Place donde el dueno lo conociamos de muchos anos y me quemo el cuero cabelludo dos veces a proposito cuando me ponia un tinte, Wachovia y Washington Mutual bancos nos han hecho cosas horribles con las cuentas, en tiendas como Best Buy, Office Depot en fin tiendas en general dandonos mercancia rota y mas, el correo, agencias de viajes, tintorerias, departamento de elecciones, departamento de licencias, agencias de pasaporte, el Sun Pass sacandome dinero del banco sin siquiera llevar el aparato en el carro, y arriba de todo esto todo en la casa se comenzo a romper siendo nuevo, y cuando los profesionales que conociamos por anos venian a hacer los arreglos, se volvian a romper a las dos semanas y sino se rompia otra cosa, la intencion pues dejarnos sin el poco dinero que teniamos, asi que nos quedamos con huecos en el techo, el aire acondicionado nuevo roto, sin electricidad en parte de la casa en fin cosas rotas por todos lados, para decirlo corto mas que una pesadilla un caos total, ha sido esencial para nosotros rezar muy fuerte para poder mantener nuestra sanidad!!

Our home at 13850 SW 30th Street, Miami, Florida 33175 for over fifteen years, newly totally remodeled from floors to bathrooms before 2002 went to a total destruction and without hope of patching things because they will take our money and live it broken or brake something else, so we were forced to live in destruction, ugliness and isolated. Our mortgage of only $600.00 because was almost paid, went to pay a monthly rent of $4,500.00 because having no money at all we had to do a “sale” to Antonio M. Campos that came by and agreed to buy the home without even looking at it, accompanied by real estate ass. Ms.Arlene Lopez from VADA Properties, telling us we could rent our home for a $1000.00 until we find a new house, later he told us would be the above mentioned amount for renting, taking him to court with “Honorable” Judge Gloria Gonzalez Meyer did not get us anywhere, she would not even look at the sales-rental contract, only reducing the rent to $3000.00 monthly a total fraud !!!. That was the conclusion after hiring Tomas A. Pila, Esq., that did not even went to court, with “Honorable” Judge Sarah I. Zabel on the foreclosure of the house that we could not pay for a year, for not even getting child support for the children and Chase Bank would not deal with me to schedule payments plan saying that the house was in the father of my sons name a total Ferris wheel, very difficult to explain (need to review court papers, house was secured by a friend). Well all that happening because receiving more than half a million dollars in 2006 from the sale when the housing market crashed we could not in any way shape or form find someone or company that will sell us a house or rent us to a modest monthly rent to be able to manage the money to live, since could not find employment (wont let us), been qualified and plenty of openings everywhere, we even tried Real Estate at a time that was great at Century21, 2468 SW 137 Ave at Coral West Plaza II they did of our efforts a mockery!, little we knew or imagine at the time, that the plan was not only having us suffering in a destroyed house, and that we ran out of money because of the high monthly payments, but to later evict us !!! and how it was done !!! almost killing us !!! and breaking all the rules !!….

Nuestro hogar en 13850 SW 30th Street, Miami, Florida 33175 por mas de quince anos, nuevo totalmente remodelado desde los pisos hasta los banos antes del 2002 nos lo destruyeron casi en su totalidad y nosotros sin esperanza de arreglar nada ya que nos cobraban y dejaban todo roto o rompian otra cosa, asi que estuvimos forzados a vivir con esa destruccion, fealdad y soledad. Nuestro pago mensual de $600.00 porque estaba casi pagada, paso a una mensualidad de renta de $4,500.00, ya que al no tener ni un centavo tuvimos que hacer una “venta” a Antonio M. Campos que vino a la casa y estuvo de acuerdo en comprarla sin siquiera mirarla, acompanado de Arlene Lopez vendedora de propiedades asociada con VADA Properties, diciendonos que podiamos rentar la casa en $1,000.00 hasta que encontraramos otra casa, despues de la transaccion nos dijo que la cantidad de renta era la mencionada arriba, lo lleve a la corte con la “Honorable” Jueza Gloria Gonzalez Meyer y no resolvimos nada, ella ni siquiera miro el contrato venta-renta contrato, solo reduciendo la renta a $3,000.00 mensual, un total fraude !!!. Esta fue la conclusion a la que llegamos despues de contratar al abogado Tomas A. Pila, el cual ni se presento en la corte, ante la “Honorable” Jueza Sarah I. Zabel para lo del foreclosure de la casa, ya que no pudimos pagarla por un ano, al no darnos ningun soporte siquiera para los ninos and Chase Bank, ni siquiera recibia mis llamadas para hacer pequenos pagos diciendome que la casa estaba a nombre del padre de mis hijos, toda una montana rusa de la cual no podiamos bajar y muy dificil de explicar aqui (favor revisar los papeles de la corte, la casa estaba asegurada por una amistad). Todo esto sucediendo porque a pesar de que nos entregaron mas de medio millon de dolares en 2006 con la venta y cuando el mercado de las casas quebro, nosotros no podiamos de ninguna forma o manera encontrar una compania o una persona que nos rentara o vendiera para tener un modesto pago mensual y poder manejar el dinero para vivir modestamente, ya que no encontrabamos empleo (no nos dejaban conseguirlo) ya que estabamos calificados y ademas en esa epoca habia abierto empleos en todos lados todavia, hasta tratamos Real Estate en un tiempo que estaba buenisimo en Century21, 2468 SW 137 Ave en Coral West Plaza II, los cuales hicieron una burla de nuestro esfuerzos, poco sabiamos o nos imaginabamos en ese momento de nuestras vidas que el plan no era solo tenernos viviendo en la casa toda destruida y que gastaramos el dinero en la alta mensualidad sino que querian votarnos de la casa con un desalojo como lo hicieron mas adelante, y como lo hicieron, casi matandonos rompiendo todas las reglas !!!

After aprox. two horrifying years, Antonio M. Campos, was in arrears, we later were notified the house was put for auction; we tried to go to the auctions, the house was never listed. Later on Mr. Ricardo Dabalsa owner of Dabar Investments, Inc. came to our house to let us know he bought our house in an auction, we were in disbelieve since we could not do it, he gave me a business card that the address on it I found out later on was the address of a near by Gymnasium; he made us believe that he could find a way to sell us the house back finding a private investor to lend the money and did not want us to pay any rent, that could be added later when they sell us the house, this was all to play with our feeling and torture us more, and to say later we were not paying rent, because he never had any intention to sell us the house. I want to point out that this two subjects made our lives more of a living hell that it already was while being the owners of our house; and we never stop trying to rent or buy somewhere but without any success. On February 11th, 2010 at 8:00 am police and Ricardo Dabalsa with friends were knocking at the door, I was not even in, my poor mother at her 86 years, had a terrible time when she open the door and saw them, not knowing what was going on, she told them to call me, I was prepared for everything, my instincts never failed me; I got home finding an sticker at the door about Eviction, I explained to the police I was never notified of it, they said the sticker was at the door for a while, imagine that !!! and that the Court must notified me of it, something that never happened, courtesy of “Honorable” Judge Pedro E. Echarte, and Ricardo Dabalsa attorney Martin E. Ponds, well I will never find the words to describe the brutality and the horror we went thru for aprox. the next 6 hours, just think for a moment on emptying an almost 6,000 sqft house of so many years in that time and not a normal eviction, but ran sacking the house from back to front, using the bed sheets, towels and comforters, even the kids, to put the items in it an rolled all over the floor to the outside, ripping them all, putting the food in dirty garbage cans to take them outside and emptying it on the bare floor and dirt, taking house property and our private documents: hospital records, bank records, court records, school records and much more, that fortunately I have video of each file, not reason for them to keep the files reading our private matters, they even took our phone book !!; hardly finding the only one place that will rent us at 13343 SW 9th Terrace, Miami, Fla. 33184 we started to move items in the car, because calling every moving company and only one came after begging them all afternoon, at almost in the evening having no lights outside things turn out really difficult to move, and Ricardo Dabalsa told us everything had to be gone by 9:00am next day, and no one can set foot on the property to pick up the rest, so we did what we could, loosing most of all due to the rain that night and not able to get things inside smaller place newly rented, and it did not ended there because with a lease of only a year came the make believe that they would renew it, to later on say they could be selling the property any time, then in March 1st, 2011 they make us move again almost like another eviction with only three days to move to a much smaller house at 13231 SW 127th Court Miami, fla. 33186 where we are residing now, and with a six months contract, also the treat that they could be selling; the realty company in charge of the two moved, because nobody else will rent us, was “Bild Properties, Inc.” own by Alfredo Bild.

Despues de aproximadamente dos horripilantes anos, el senor Antonio M. Campos comenzo a atrasarse en los pagos que le hacia a su banco, mas tarde siendo nosotros notificados de que la casa seria puesta en subasta, nosotros tratamos de ver si la podiamos comprar ibamos pero nunca aparecia en la lista. Mas adelante el senor Ricardo Dabalsa dueno de Dabar Investments, Inc. vino a la casa a decirnos que habia comprado la casa en la subasta, nosotros estabamos incredulos ya que nosotros no pudimos hacerlo, nos dio su tarjeta de presentacion donde aparecia el nombre de la compania con la direccion del Gymnasio de la esquina, cosa que supimos mas tarde, entre otras cosas el nos hizo creer que nos podia conseguir financiamiento privado para vendernos de nuevo la casa y no quiso que le pagaramos renta, que despues esos meses se podian adicionar cuando nos vendieran la casa, todo esto para jugar con nuestros sentimientos y torturarnos mas, and later to say we were not paying rent, ya que su intencion nunca fue de vendernos la casa. Quiero mencionar que a manos de estos dos sujetos sufrimos infinitamente, fue mas infierno del infierno que ya viviamos cuando eramos duenos de la casa; nosotros nunca dejamos de tratar de buscar donde rentar o comprar pero sin ningun exito. En Febrero 11th, 2010 a las 8:00am la policia junto a Ricardo Dabalsa y otros de sus amigos nos tocaron la puerta de la casa, yo ni me encontraba, mi pobre madre de 86 anos paso un terrible momento al abrir la puerta y encontrarselos, sin saber lo que estaba pasando, ella les dijo que me llamaran, yo preparada para todo no me cogio de susto, mis instintos nunca me han fallado, al llegar me encontre un papel pegado en la puerta que mencionaba el desalojo, yo le explique a los policias que nunca se me habia notificado nada, ellos me dijeron que eso estaba en la puerta desde hacia tiempo, imaginense esa respuesta !!! y que la Corte tambien me debia haber notificado, cosa que nunca fue hecha, cortesia del “Honorable” Juez Pedro E. Echarte y el abogado de Ricardo Dabalsa Martin E. Pons, nunca podre encontrar las palabras para describir la brutalidad, falta de piedad y el horror que vivimos por las aproximadas 6 horas que estuvimos recogiendo cosas del piso, solamente piense un momento que se vacio una casa de aproximadamente 6,000.00 pies cuadrados en esa cantidad de horas y despues de haber vivido en ella mas de quince anos, y enfrentarnos no a un desalojo normal, sino una destruccion espantosa de todas nuestras cosas desde el fondo hasta la parte de alante, usando las sabanas, towels y las colchas hasta de los ninos, para poner todas las cosas encima de ellas y arrastrarlas por todo el piso hasta afuera rompiendolas todas en el aspero suelo de afuera, poniendo la comida en latones plasticos de basura y vaciandolos en el suelo y la tierra de afuera, robandose cosas de la casa incluyendo nuestros documentos privados, papeles de hospitales, del banco, de la corte y mucho mas que afortunadamente lo tengo grabado en el video, aunque no le da razon para quedarse y enterarse de nuestras cosas privadas y hasta la libreta de telefono!! el unico lugar que nos rento fue en 13343 SW 9th Terrace, Miami, Fla. 33184, comenzamos a llevar todas las cosas en los carros, ya que llamabamos a todas las companias de mudanza y nadie venia a ayudarnos, al final de la tarde solo una vino a hacer la mudada y sin tener luces en la parte de afuera de la casa todo en la oscuridad se hizo mas dificil, y Ricardo Dabalsa nos dijo que eran 24 hrs. y que a las 9am ya no podiamos estar alli para recoger nada, asi que recogimos lo que pudimos y perdiendo casi todo, ya que escogieron una noche en la que llovio copiosamente y no habia manera de poner las cosas dentro de la nueva casa rentada siendo mucho mas pequena, bueno la cosa no termino ahi ya que con un contrato de un ano y haciendonos creer que lo renovarian, luego diciendo que probablemente la venderian en cualquier momento, entonces en Marzo 1th, 2011, nos forzaron a mudarnos de nuevo, casi como otro desalojo con solo tres dias para salir de la casa a un townhouse mucho mas pequeno en 13231 SW 127th Court, Miami, Fla. 33186 donde residimos en estos momentos y con un contrato de seis meses, con la amenaza tambien de que pueden venderlo, la Compania de Ventas y Rentas de Casas ha sido la misma que nos ha rentado las dos veces, aparentemente nadie mas nos renta, el nombre es “Bild Properties, Inc.” y el dueno es Alfredo Bild.

I called the police, on March 1st, 2010 case#PD100301-090228 district/unit H2401, to open a case into the brutality and to recover our documents, as usual they told me nothing they can do and that I needed to find a lawyer, of course knowing we will not find one, since we have had solicited almost every lawyer in Miami to no avail, like it is said “Lawyers do not practice law anymore, they calculate their risks”, and sometimes receiving letters, few, then will read “time and resources”, we all know it means that they are afraid, I did not dismayed praying to the Lord to make us strong so we can stand up for our rights been taken in every way possible, so I filed an small claim case # 10-03437SP05 on March 3rd, 2010 at the Courts, assigned to “Honorable” Judge Shelley J. Kravitz (could she be associated in anyway to the law firm Kravitz Law, where I solicited their help?), needless to say they employees at the Court made everything in there means to make us desisted of it, like if they were told to do so, then time and time we had to go to the Court for errors here and there and more money to amend them, later it took for ever to set the day for a hearing, then change of hearings, strange hearings, and more delay, coincidentally (I like the police do not believe in coincidences) my mother had a TIA in August 11th, 2010, at night from which she immediately recovered in the rescue truck, with no damage at all (like tv host Judge Judy suffered at the set of her tv program) my mother have always been very healthy never having any medical problems besides her glaucoma, and the toying (because she was in perfect health) with her health of about eighteen days in the hospital was intense and horrible, but I will describe it in another chapter, but God have always been with us, if they were thinking my mother would not be at the Court to testify, God made it possible for her to testify in front of the judge and those malevolos people that almost kill her, speaking of all the pain and anguish she suffered. Final Judgment signed on October 8th, 2010, but not reaching us until October 18th, 2010, so the 10 days for appeal gone, very conviniently, same happened to every case I had in Court, of course Judge decision was not in our favor, we lost, same way we have lost every single case, even presenting, clear evidence of wrong doing, at the hearing when we asked the Judge about criminal charges and about our important documents she replied to go to the police, a circle with no end, because no one take responsibility to stop this crime against us.

Yo contacte la policia en Marzo 1ro, 2010 Caso#PD100301-09228, distrito/unidad H2401 para investigar la brutalidad y tambien para recobrar nuestros documentos y como siempre el detective me dijo que no podia hacer nada que necesitaba encontrar un abogado a sabiendas porsupuesto que no encontraria ninguno, ya que hemos solicitado casi todos los abogados de Miami sin ningun resultado, como dice el dicho “Abogados ya no practican leyes sino que calculan el riesgo” y a veces cuando recibimos cartas, muy pocas, mencionando “tiempo y recursos” todos sabemos que es porque tienen miedo. Pero nunca he desmayado en buscar ayuda, siempre pidiendole a Dios que nos diera fuerzas para poder defender nuestros derechos que nos han sido quitados en todas las maneras posibles; asi que sin dilatar me fui a la corte y puse una pequena demanda caso # 10-03437SP05 en Marzo 3, 2010, asignado a la “Honorable” Jueza Shelley J. Kravitz (estaria ella asociada de alguna forma a la firma de abogados Kravitz Law a la cual le solicite que me ayudaran?), de mas esta decir que los empleados en la Corte usaron todo lo que pudieron para hacernos desistir en poner la demanda, como si le hubiesen indicado hacernos todo eso, luego cada vez que teniamos que hacer algo alli eran errores y errores y mas dinero para correguirlos, despues se demoro muchisimo para poner la fecha del dia con la jueza, luego los volvian a cambiar y mas demora y mas demora, coincidiendo (y yo como la policia no creo en coincidencias) mi madre sufrio una izquemia cerebral en Agosto 11th, 2010 de la cual se recupero inmediatamente en la ambulancia, sin ningun dano (como la Jueza Judy que tiene el programa en tv y a la cual le dieron tres izquemias durante la grabacion ) mi madre siempre ha sido muy saludable sin ningun problema medico excepto por su glaucoma afectandole la vision; y luego todo lo horrible que le hicieron los dieciocho dias que la dejaron en el hospital estando en perfecta salud, por poco me la matan fue intenso y horroroso, cosa que contare en otro capitulo mas adelante. Pero Dios siempre ha estado con nosotros, y si pensaron que mi madre no irira a testificar se equivocaron, pues Dios le permitio estar frente a la jueza y esos malvados diciendole todo el atropello y dolor que le causaron, casi matandola. El veredicto de la Jueza lo firmo en Octubre 8, 2010, pero no nos llego en el correo hasta Octubre 18, 2010; asi que los diez dias de apelacion se pasaron, muy convenientemente, same happening with every case I had in court, bueno porsupuesto la desicion no fue a nuestro favor, perdimos como siempre perdemos con todos los casos presentados, evidencia clara que estan haciendo cosas mal hechas; le preguntamos a la Jueza que haciamos para ponerle cargos criminales a Ricardo Dabalsa y que como recuperabamos los documentos robados, nos dijo la policia, como ven un circulo sin final, nadie toma responsabilidad para terminar con este crimen que cometen con nosotros.

Since 2003 I started to report everyone’s unusual and wrong behavior towards the divorce pres sidings and the situations occurring to us, also how we were forced to stop showing my “signs”, starting to request and investigation at the State Attorney’s Office, writing to Chief Judge “Honorable” Joseph P. Farina, The Florida Bar, The Judicial Qualification Commission, The DBPR, following by going to the Police Stations (Or calling 911 or crime stoppers) FBI, desperate to get help for our family. Later to organizations like Civilian Investigative Panel, Crime Victim Service of the Attorney General of Florida Bill McCollum, Governors. All of it and more without any results, police wont even write an incident report, I have to include, receiving death treats over the phone in May 4th, 6th, and 13th of 2005, I believe since them or perhaps before, my phone calls are been tapped, same mail and internet. I also have contacted City of Miami Mayor Many Dias personally on May 23rd, 2008 and on the phone Tomas Regalado and commissioners, also Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Alvarez and commissioners, Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart, Senator Alex Diaz de la Portilla, State Representatives like David Rivera and much more, I believe no one was left to contact, adding that I can prove everything written here.

Desde el 2003 yo estuve reportando el comportamiento inusual e incorrecto acerca de las citas y como se conducian las cosas equivocadamente y con mala fe las en mi divorcio, y tambien como habiamos sido forzados a retirarnos donde mostrabamos los “carteles’, primeramente requeri una investigacion en las Oficinas de la Fiscalia, escribimos a Jefe de los Jueces “Honorable” Joseph P. Farina, a la Florida Bar, a la Comision de Calificacion Judicial, al Departamento de Profesionales y Negocios, con seguimiento a las Estaciones de Policia, (o llamando al 911 or al Departamento del alto al crimen) FBI en desesperacion de que nos ayudaran. Mas tarde contactamos al Panel Civil de Investigaciones, al Servicio para victimas del Fiscal General Bill McCollum, a los tres Governadores que hemos tenido. Todo esto sin resultados, la policia ni siquiera nos hacia un reporte de los incidentes, y tengo que incluir que recibimos amenazas de muerte en Mayo 4, 6 y 12 del 2005, y creo que desde ese entonces o quizas antes, mis llamadas telefonicas estan redirigidas, lo mismo con el correo y el servicio de la internet. Tambien contactamos al Alcalde Many Diaz personalmente en Mayo 23, 2008 y en el telefono a Tomas Regalado y tambien a muchos sino todos los comisionados de Miami-Dade y de la Ciudad, al Congresista Mario Diaz-Balart, Senador Alex Diaz de la Portilla, a Representantes Estatales como David Rivera y a muchos mas, no creo que quedara nadie sin contactar, y adicionando que puedo probar todo lo que aqui esta escrito.

I would like now to narrate now the horror we had suffered at the hands of Doctors, something more imaginable than all of the above…….We began to notice abnormal behaviors from the beginning, but we find always a way to justify it since it is an abomination !, later confirmed not only by their actions but also when receiving most of the medical reports for every visit completely altered. My mother glaucoma specialist Doctor Julio R. Ortiz (real monster) at Kendall Regional Medical Center Outpatient office after many years of treating her, he suddenly changed schedule of visits like on 2007 from yearly to every three months for no apparent reason, only we noticed that he will put lots of drops in my mother eyes every time, and my mother began to get slow and more bad symptoms she never had, but that we realized only after one half year later when she felt really bad, something we discussed with him every visit without getting straight answer, in this last visit when we were discussing to change doctor he put so many eye drops on both of her eyes, drops coming out of her nose, that within an hour or so my mother of 85 years at the time was collapsing and then she slept for about two days without strength, immediately I contacted the police calling 911 on February 12, 2009, nothing was done, do they have “an obligation to investigate every claim that come to their attention” ?. Our Doctor of years Juan A. Mantilla will send my son to ER, and at ER will say the doctor was wrong, but they also treat my son wrong while at the ER (Baptist Hospital), later on my mother consulted him about her bladder, he will send her to see doctor Laida Casanova who did a pap smear instead and without our consent, but hurting my mother damaging something inside since she would be bleeding for months, then when contacted Dr.Mantilla they said it was a mistake, we immediately reported Dr.Casanova to the police at Doral office of detective Frank Vecin in October 12th, 2007, his secretaries Linda Pimienta e Ivonne Arrate were present, as usual nothing was done. When at the ENT doctor at Baptist Hospital (ENT Doctors Bernard L. Harris and Cohen) outpatient offices he will not even check my son ears, I took my son as a follow up, since he was at the ER in the hospital in West Palm Beach, because he was assaulted while on vacations at Marriot Ocean Pointe Resort in Singer Island in 2006, no investigation done, police did not do anything (I would also like to point out that my son was offered a full physical for free by the people recruiting for the military, knowing he did not want to become one, when in high school, is that usual?). Taking my mother to anther ENT same office will make my mother hearing worst and not putting her hearing aids depriving her of her hearing until today. While choosing another family doctor Juan Blemil Fernandez I consulted him about my anxiety and he gave me pills for high blood pressure that I have never suffered or were suffering, also at his office his assistant while checking the vital signs and checking my ears she introduced the tool so far in, that I ended suffering permanently on my left ear and much more at that office that we had to stop going, also pointing out he was desperate to draw blood from my sons, telling us we will loose the medicaid if we did not do so, is that usual?. Then a friend of mine from my son middle school introduce me to her friend (who later I found out she was terrified of her) at the school whom encourage me always calling herself my “friend” (called Evelyn Grau, always said lieutenant at Kendall Police Station was his relative, coincidentally at that station is where I began to ask for help, sending to my house, because they did not want us to go to the Station, the detective Mike Crowley en November 22nd, 2004, whom he did not even showed his ID, and without any result) to visit another Obgyn, not my regular one, she told me to go to the Office of Doctor Manal S. Antoun at Obstetrics & Gynecology Ass. of Kendall, LLC for my regular yearly check-up, what she did to me was painful and let me bleeding for a long time, not sure to this day what was done to me since I experienced changes to my body not normal to me. Again trying to get help for my mother saw Doctor Robert A. Puig at FACS from Urology Specialty Care, doing no effort to help her in any way; later visiting Surgeon Hernan Dominguez at FACOG, not only harming her again like Dr.Casanova did, but telling my mother he will operate her on organs that my mother had already had surgery on when young and more wrong in his office, and bad things experienced while doing an ultrasound and blood tests at Coral Gables Hospital. Well visiting our dentist Doctor Raul G. Molina and later office of Doctor Suzanne Abergel-Nahon (recommended by Orthodontist Isaac Haber in 2007, whom have been treating my youngest son for the last almost four years without success when it supposed to be for about a year, causing him to suffer the most horrible pain in every visit) doing wrong things when performing a filing, having one cavity or none and giving you one or more, not doing the cleaning or x-rays but charging for it. Then long time Orthodontist and surgeon Jorge and Carlos Coro also doing wrong things damaging my sons treatment; same with our pediatric eye doctor of years, spending more than one thousand dollars for all of us to be checked in our last visit and later not even been able to wear the glasses because when ordering the glasses we could not see when putting them on, then we were told prescription was no good by Costco Optical at the store in 137 Avenue, same at other places later on, my son falling down in a Park and to be seen by Doctors at CORE (Center for Orthopedics & Rehabilitation Excellence) in 2008 still suffering from his knees & more, also the dermatologist office of Ana Margarita Duarte in 2003 that whatever she injected on my left leg totally damaging it, mammograms and any related health issue; last but not least to mention our Veterinarian and San Francisco Animal Clinic at 107 Avenue and others, harming our dogs. Obviously we were so afraid that stop visiting doctors, not able to get medical help all this years; but after my mother left the hospital they trapped us in an ingenious web, to force us to start again visiting doctors with worst results that before, real, real harm to my mother was caused by them since she was admitted at Kendall Regional Medical Center and later on as well where I had to transferred her to Baptist Hospital Kendall……

Ahora quisiera narrar el horror que hemos sufrido a manos de los doctores, esto es tan tan inaudito que es peor que todo lo que he contado anteriormente…. Comenzamos a notar comportamientos erroneos desde el principio, pero siempre encontrabamos manera de justificar las cosas ya que esto es una abominacion!, despues confirmado no solo por sus acciones sino tambien al recibir la casi totalidad de los reportes medicos de cada visita completamente alterados. El especialista de glaucoma de mi madre el Doctor Julio R. Ortiz radicado en consultas a pacientes del Hospital Kendall Regional Center, despues de anos de ser su medico, subitamente comenzo a cambiarle la frecuencia de sus visitas de casi una vez al ano a tres meses sin convercernos de la legitimidad del cambio, esto comenzo aproximadamente en el 2007, y nos dimos cuenta que en estas visitas le hechaban mas gotas en los ojos que de costumbre, lentamente mi madre comenzo a ponerse cada vez mas lenta y con otros sintomas que no tenia antes, claro de esto nos dimos cuenta ya despues de un ano y medio cuando todo se agudizo, algo que le dejabamos saber en cada visita y no nos daba una respuesta directa, en la ultima visita donde estabamos considerando cambiar de doctor, le puso tanta cantidad de gotas en los ojos que le salian por la nariz, y como a la hora mi madre de 85 anos se estaba cayendo y luego durmio como por dos dias y sin fuerzas ninguna, inmediatamente contacte a la policia llamando al 911 en Febrero 12, 2009 y como siempre no hicieron nada, tienen ellos “la obligacion de investigar todos los reclamos que le reportan”?. Mantilla mando a mi hijo a Emergencia y al llegar alli nos dijeron que se habia equivocado, pero en Emergencia tambien lo trataron mal (Baptist Hospital), mas adelante mi madre lo consulto sobre su vejiga, segun el la mando a una especialista la Doctora Laida Casanova, la que solo era una ginecologa y la cual le hizo un papanicolado sin el consentimiento de mi madre, danandola con el especulo adrede, parecia que no paraba nunca de darle vueltas dentro de su vagina, con lo cual ella estuvo sangrando por meses, cuando llamamos al doctor Mantilla nos dijeron que se habian equivocado de doctor, nosotros inmediatamente reportamos a la doctora Laida Casanova a la policia del Doral en la oficina del detective Frank Vecin en Octubre 12, 2007, estaban presentes sus secretarias Linda Pimienta e Ivonne Arrate, sin resultados ninguno. Cuando lleve a mi hijo a un otorrinolaringologo doctor del Baptist Hospital de las oficinas de pacientes (Otorrinos Doctores Bernard L. Harris y Cohen), nisiquiera le chequeo los oidos, lo tuve que llevar para un seguimiento despues que estuvo en Emergencia en el Hospital de West Palm Beach, ya que lo asaltaron cuando estabamos de vacaciones en el Hotel del Marriot llamado Ocean Pointe Resort en la Isla Singer, en el 2006, no hubo investigacion, la policia no hizo nada tampoco (quisiera mencionar aqui que a mi hijo le ofrecieron un completo examen fisico gratis por las personas que recrutan para ser militares, sabiendo que no queria serlo, es eso usual?). Al llevar a mi madre a otro otorrinolaringologo en la misma oficina, mi madre salio perdiendo mas la audicion de la que tenia, y no le quisieron poner los audifonos, deprivandola de audicion desde ese entonces hasta el dia de hoy. Decidimos escoger otro doctor de cabecera el doctor Juan Blemil Fernandez, lo consulte acerca de mi ansiedad y lo que me dio fueron pastillas para la presion, cosa que nunca he padecido ni padezco, tambien en su oficina la asistente mientras me chequeaba los signos vitales, y los oidos introdujo en mi oido el aparatico para mirar y lo hizo tan profundo que me ha quedado danado mi oido izquierdo, y muchas cosas mas por lo cual no seguimos visitandolo, tambien quisiera mencionar que el estaba desesperado por sacarle sangre a mis hijos, hasta llego a decirnos que nos quitarian el medicaid si no lo haciamos, es eso usual?. Luego una amiga mia de la escuela secundaria donde estudiaba mi hijo, me presento a su amiga (la cual me entere despues que estaba aterrorizada de ella) pues esa amiga me animo llamandose mi “amiga”, (llamada Evelyn Grau la cual decia que era parienta del jefe de la policia de Kendall, el mismo lugar donde comence a pedir ayuda, mandandome a la casa, pues no quisieron que fuera en la estacion al detective Mike Crowley en Noviembre 22, 2004, el cual ni siquiera nos enseno su identificacion, el hizo nada) me recomendo a ver una ginecologa, no al mio, fui a la consulta de la doctora Manal S. Antoun en Obstetras y Ginecologos Asociados de Kendall, LLC fui para mi chequeo anual, lo que me hizo fue muy doloroso y me tuvo sangrando por meses, no se que fue lo mal que me hizo pero mi cuerpo cambio de como era normalmente hasta el dia de hoy. Tratando de ayudar a mi madre con el problema de la vegica caida, fuimos a la consulta del doctor Robert A. Puig de FACS de Cuidados especiales de Urologia, el cual no hizo ningun esfuerzo por ayudarla, entonces decidimos ir a la consulta del cirujano Hernan Dominguez en FACOG, el cual no solo le hizo dano tambien con el especulo, como hizo la doctora Laida Casanova, sino que le dijo que la iba a operar de organos los cuales ella ya habia sido operada cuando joven, y muchas otras cosas feas en sus oficina y hubo muchas otras cosas malas cuando se hizo los analisis y el ultrasonido en el Hospital de Coral Gables. Al vernos en la consulta de nuestro dentista de tiempo doctor Raul G. Molina y despues en la consulta de la dentista Suzanne Arbeergel-Nahon (recomendada por el Ortodoncista Isaac Haber en 2007, el cual ha estado tratando a mi hijo menos por los ultimos casi cuatro anos sin tener exito, cuando se suponia que el tratamiento durara aproximadamente un ano, causandole el sufrimiento de tener los mas horribles dolores en cada visita) haciendonos cosas malas, al hacernos un empaste, teniendo una carie o ninguna, abriendo mas caries, al necesitar limpieza, no haciendola o los rayos x tampoco, pero cobrandonos. En el ortodoncista de muchos anos y el cirujano doctores Jorge y Carlos Coro respectivamente tambien haciendonos cosas feas, danando el tratamiento ortodontico. Tambien nuestro doctor el pediatra oftalmologo de anos, con el cual nos gastamos mas de mil dolares por el chequeo de todos en la ultima visita, pero al mandar a hacer los espejuelos, no veiamos nada, salieron malos y nos dijeron que la receta dad por el medico no estaba buena en Costco Optical de la tienda en la 137 Avenida, luego haciendonos cosas indebidas en otros lugares de la vision mas tarde hicieron lo mismo; mi hijo se cayo en un parque y fue a la consulta de los Doctores en CORE (Centro de Ortopedia y rehabilitacion en Excelencia) en el 2008 y sigue sufriendo de sus rodillas y mas, lo mismo paso con la dermatologa Ana Margarita Duarte en el 2003, la cual me inyecto la pierna izquierda y lo que me puso me dano totalmente esa pierna, mamogramas y todas las cosas relacionadas con la salud. Incluyendo al veterinario y la clinica San Francisco de animales en la 107 Avenida, y otras danando a nuestras mascotas. Obviamente despues de todo esto nos daba panico ya y paramos de visitar a los doctores, asi que por lo tanto hemos estado todos estos anos sin poder recibir ayuda medica de ningun tipo. Claro que al salir mi madre del Hospital a finales de Agosto del 2010 nos atraparon en una telarana ingeniosa obligandonos nuevamente a tener que ir a las consultas con resultados peores que los anteriores, real, real dano le causaron a mi madre desde que fue admitida en el Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center y tambien despues cuando la tuve que transferir a el Hospital Baptist de Kendall……

As we approach the one year anniversary August 10th, 2011, since my dear mother was harmed in her staying at the Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center and at Baptist Hospital Kendall, and I want you to know that I reported (something that I do, report our situation with almost all doctors we have visited, hoping they will help us) in both Hospitals the abuse that my mother and all of us were receiving, giving them to read papers like this one, they did not do any report or contacted the government on abuse of elderly, on the contrary were very super nasty and much more. I dedicate this narrative in honor to a wonderful mother that did not deserve any of it and with my prayers of hope that soon help can get to her,( since her medications have been tampered with and she can not take them) by real professionals of the medicine that did not swear in vain (Hypocrates creed, that now I know people called it “Hypocrite creed” ) to always cure the sick. I will start, even do it is deeply painful and I have no right words to tell you, the horrible way we were treated, the lack of compaction encountered and the diabolical monsters doctors we had to deal with, beginning by the personnel of the ambulance that came to the house to take my mother to the hospital, the one writing a report began to give me a hard time very nasty and confrontational like he wanted to off balance me, he would not let me go next to my mother, while she shouting for me and also insisted in taking her to Kendall Medical Center Hospital, that his rules are the closest Hospital, I insisted that her live was not in danger, she was already recovering after the other person put an iv and injected her, she was talking and laughing all the way, and since her doctor Julio Ortiz glaucoma specialist work there I wanted to avoid it, my instincts always guide me without fail; but since this person was threatening me with calling the police on me, and I not wanting a delay I have no other choice, praying to calm myself and in hope to find some humane doctors. Upon arrival Doctor Celeo Ramirez was in charge at the ER in Kendall Regional Medical Center, took her for an CT scan, and she was completely recovered by the time results came back; the doctor telling us that she suffered a TIA with no damage whatsoever, but that they will admit her so the neurologist put a follow up plan; did not look like it was necessary to me since she could see an outpatient neurologist of her choosing. Next day she was very alert and excellent spirit, she ate a big lunch feeling very well, then the nightmares began, to make this short, I will tell you that they started to say she need this test and that test, they also did unauthorized tests, from this tests getting her back to the room with bloody palate and esophagus, her dentures will not fit anymore, her left eye full of blood and like looks like a small cut on the edge of it and more and as a result of sedative putting her as sleep for about 3 days, waking up incoherent, hallucinations and much more. At the endoscopy department Ms.Efrain (total diabolique monster, whom administer some barium to my mother), and Carla. The neurologist Ricardo Garcia-Rivera passing by on one occasion, not helping her in any way. Never encounter so many nasty and inhumane nurses in my life, what they did to us is unspeakable, a real abuse with capital letters. On August 13th, 2010 they transferred her to regular floor to discharge her, when the family doctor placed by the hospital Lazaro Vigoail (total monster) saw her and told me about the discharge, I notice on him that something was not right, like he was waiting for something. I was right one’s more, suddenly my mother started shaking uncontrollably in her bed. Doctor Isabel Novela came into the room and she said as a results of the iv been wrong she was suffering of arrhythmia, she ordered to be taken to ICU, and more nightmares started; while in there at night they put a folly to urinate, apparently dirty because she got a terrible infection, and pneumonia something she never had ever!. Next day Doctor Cardiologist Jaime Altamirano (total monster) came to tell us she was suffering from her heart with arrhythmia and AFIB, that she will suffer that from now on, having to take pills for her heart every day, then more and more tests, also they did a venus scan of her legs, which I was told she was perfectly fine, that no clots were found, (even do later they wanted me to believe she had clots in her legs) I believe to cover up the negligence and malpractice confirmed by doctor Novela when she admitted something went wrong with her iv causing her the problem in her heart, they even told me the medication was for her clots not for her heart, but was the same medication Doctor Altamirano said she will have to take for her damaged heart, later even Baptist Hospital will discharge her with that diagnose of clots, the same that will follow Doctor Cardiologist Ramon L. Lloret as well, because he never mentioning problem with her heart, on the contrary saying her heart was perfectly well,; so as you keep on reading you will then understand the same as I think is the real story is about what they wanted to do with my mother, since I believe that the medications she have been taking were altered to cause her a harm she did not have or a pill she was given like: Zocor proven to do harm, no wonder she was not able to walk when out of hospital, but when they re-think what they wanted to do, it was easier to say she has clots as a result of TIA with no harm to the Hospital that the other story about her heart; (so was her heart really harmed by the negligence and malpractice of the hospital or by the pills she was forced to take, damaging her heart slowly ?) well real chaos that I had to call 911 to transfer her to Baptist Hospital Kendall because no one at there would help me with that, but also 911 would not help me, I had to keep calling all ambulance services until apparently instructed by this hospital came some one from American Ambulance to avoid more 911 calls from me. Well unfortunately this web of lies and deceit did not end when I transferred her to Baptist Hospital in Kendall.

Al acercarse un ano del aniversario en Agosto 10th, 2010, desde que mi adorada madre fue danada en su estancia en el Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center y Baptist Hospital de Kendall, y quiero que seopan que yo reporte (cosa que casi siempre hago, el reportar nuestra situacion a los doctores que visitamos para ver si nos ayudan) en los dos Hospitales el abuso que mi madre y todos nosotros estabamos recibiendo, entregandoles para que lean papeles como este, ellos no lo reportaron, ni tampoco contactaron al gobierno en la linea de abuso a personas mayores, por el contrario se portaron mal con nosotros y nos hicieron muchas cosas. Yo dedico esta narrativa en honor a mi maravillosa madre que no se merecia nada de lo que le hicieron y lo narro con mis oraciones de esperanza de que le llegue pronto ayuda, (ya que sus medicamentos han sido dado alterados y no puede tomar sus medicinas) por reales profesionales de la medicina que no juraron en vano (credo de Hypocrates, el cual ahora me entere que la gente le llama credo de los “Hipocritas”) siempre curar a los enfermos. Comenzare a escribir aunque es profundamente doloroso y no encuentro las palabras adecuadas, para describir la manera horrible con que fuimos tratados, la falta de compasion que encontramos y los diabolicos monstruos Doctores con que tuvimos que tratar, comenzando con el personal de la ambulancia del rescue que vino a la casa a llevar a mi madre al Hospital, el que escribia el reporte comenzo a molestarme, siendo brusco, confrontacional, como si quisiera que yo perdiera mi buena adtitud, luego no me dejo montarme en la parte donde estaba mi madre, mientras que ella clamaba por mi, despues insistio en llevarla al Kendall Regional Medical Center, que las reglas era ir al Hospital mas cercano, yo le insisti que su vida no estaba en peligro, ella ya se estaba recuperando despues que el otro muchacho le pusiera un iv y la inyectara, fue todo el trayecto conversando y riendo, y como su Doctor Julio Ortiz specialista de glaucoma trabaja en ese hospital, yo queria evitar ese hospital, mis instintos siempre me guian sin fallarme, pero como ese senor me estaba amenazando con llamarme a la policia y yo no queria demora, no tuve otra alternativa, rece para calmarme y para tener esperanza de encontrarme unos doctores humanos. A nuestra llegada el Doctor Celeo Ramirez era el encargado en Emergencia en el Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center, la llevaron a hacerle un CT scan, y ella estaba ya completamente recuperada cuando recibimos los resultados del scan, el doctor nos dijo que habia sufrido una izquemia sin danos ningunos, pero que la admitirian para que un neurologo le pusiera un plan a seguir; cosa que yo encontre no necesaria ya que ella podria buscar por su cuenta un neurologo de consulta que ella escogiera. Al dia siguiente ella estaba muy alerta con un excelente espiritu, almorzo muchisimo sintiendose muy bien, entonces comenzaron las pesadillas, para hacer el cuento corto, les cuento que comenzaron a decirnos que necesitaba este examen y este otro examen, tambien haciendole examenes no autorizados, de estos examenes la trajeron de vuelta al cuarto con el cielo de la boca y el esofagus ensangrentado, su dentadura ya no le servia y su ojo izquierdo ensangrentado tambien y lo que parecia un pequeno corte en el eje del ojo y mucho mas ya que como resultado del sedativo que le inyectaron la puso a dormir como por tres dias seguido, despertando a veces incherente y con alucinaciones y mucho mas. En el departamento de Endoscopia Sra.Efrain (monstruo total y diabolica, le administro a mi madre barium) y Carla. El Neurologo Ricardo Garcia-Rivera paso a verla en una ocacion y no la ayudo en nada. Nunca en mi vida encontre enfermeras tan malas e inhumanas, lo que nos hicieron es inhablable, un tremendo abuso con letras mayusculas. En Agosto 13th, 2010 la transfirieron a un cuarto regular para darle el alta, cuando el Doctor de familia que le puso el hospital Doctor Lazaro Vigoail (monstruo total) me dijo lo de darle de alta, yo note en el que algo no estaba bien, como si estuviera esperando por algo. Una vez mas yo estaba en lo cierto, subitamente my madre empezo a temblar en la cama incontrolablemente. Vino al cuarto la Doctora Isabel Novela y dijo que como resultado de algo mal en el iv, le habia provocado arritmia, ella orderno que la llevaran a la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos y mas pesadillas comenzaron a sucedernos; mientras estuvo ahi le pusieron un cateter en la vagina para la orina, aparentemente sucio pues le provoco una terrible infeccion y tambien cogio neumonia, algo que nunca ella habia tenido !. Al siguiente dia el Cardiologo Doctor Jaime Altamirano (monstruo total) vino a decirle que ella estaba sufriendo del corazon con arritmia y afibrilacion atrial, que ella sufriria de eso de ahora en adelante, teniendo que tomar pastillas todos los dias, luego mas y mas examenes, le hicieron un scan de las venas de las piernas, el cual me dijeron estaba perfecto y que no encontraron coagulos, (aunque mas tarde me quisieron hacer creer que ella si tenia coagulos en sus piernas) yo creo que para poder encubrir la negligencia y la mala practica del Hospital confirmada por la Doctora Novela cuando al afirmar que algo malo paso con el iv que tenia puesto causandole dano en el corazon, ellos hasta me dijeron que las medicinas eran para los coagulos no para el corazon, pero eran las mismas medicinas que el Doctor Jaime Altamirano habia dicho que ella tenia que tomar para su danado corazon, incluso mas adelante cuando estuvo en el Baptist Hospital de Kendall le dieron el la baja con el diagnostico de los coagulos, el mismo que seguiria el Cardiologo Doctor Ramon L. Lloret cuando la vio, porque el nunca menciono que tuviera problemas en su corazon, por el contrario le dijo que su corazon estaba perfectamente bien; al seguir leyendo entenderan lo mismo que yo pienso que es la realidad de la historia, de lo que le querian hacer a mi madre, pues como creo las medicinas que ha estado tomando han sido alteradas para causarle un dano que ella no tuvo, o una pastilla como la que tomaba: Zocor la cual esta probado que causa serios danos, no en valde ella no podia caminar cuando salio del hospital, pero cuando ellos pensaron bien lo que querian hacer, les parecio mas facil decir que tenia coagulos como resultado de la izquemia que sufrio, asi el Hospital no pagaria por danos, que la otra historia sobre lo que le danaron su corazon; (entonces fue su corazon danado por la negligencia y mala practica del hospital o por las pastillas que ella fue forzada a tomar, danandole su corazon lentamente ?) en fin era un real caos y tuve que llamar al 911 para transferirla al Baptist Hospital de Kendall, ya que en el hospital nadie me queria ayudar con el transfer, pero en el 911 tampoco quisieron ayudarme, tuve que seguir llamando a todos los servicios de ambulancias haste que aparentemente instruido por este hospital vino una de American Ambulance, solo para evitar que yo siguiera llamando a la linea de emergencia 911. Bueno desafortunadamente esta telarana de mentiras y enganos no terminaron con transferirla al hospital Baptist de Kendall.

Arriving at the ER at Baptist Hospital in Kendall, just as we approached the admitting nurse station some exchange of eyes looking between nurses and Mike Rodriguez from the American Ambulance, gave me a real bad feeling, the nurse in charge to get us the room at the ER was very nasty; while at the room Doctor David E. Begleiter checked my mother asking her to explain, little that she could but me and my son told him all about the abuse and every single thing that happened at Kendal Regional Medical Center; then he came back with a transcriber, we repeat all again, we insisted with the doctor to check her damaged palate and esophagus, urine infection, pneumonia and all that was wrong, for him to do the right thing an report the abuse, I believe he never did. Later came Doctor Michelle C. Brewter we also told her everything again, she did not do a report either. After that I realize I was in the wrong place and that they will be covering the wrong doing of the other hospital, and how correct I was to think that, because that was exactly what they did; but not having more avenues I started to pray. Let me introduce you to the team of inhumane monsters Doctors that were in charge of my mother care, (almost trying to kill her with the medications they gave her, and that my mother and I went to the State Attorney’s Office to report, also reported on tv on Channel 8 GenTV on the show by Patricia Arbulu that I recorded on August 30th, 2010 in the evening, it air the following Monday I believe, same day I recorded that I went in the morning to reported to the Inspector General office in downtown, also reported in writing to them later on again by my mother and myself) Doctor Carol Bravo, Dulce Isabel Blanco,DO, and an intern I believe Jorge Hirigoyen, really a team belonging in hell, not in this earth, together with the family Doctor who we went to see after she was out of the hospital Doctor Dolores Sanchez-Cazau. My mother was kept in the hospital for about eighteen days in which they were patching damages inflicted atthe Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center, not really making her well, but trying to drive me insane when seeing that they were not doing anything for her to get better, no addressing the issues of her palate and esophagus, left eye, the things unauthorized done to her, not even helping her with her collapse bladder, just focusing in what the other doctors at Kendall Medical Center said she was having, making everything possible to state the same problems, not even getting cardiologists of the famous Baptist Cardiology Center but outsiders, Cardiologist Doctor Damian F. Chaupin, same with the Neurologist Doctor Brad Herskowitz, they will pop-up into the room few times and tell me nothing concrete. Trying to drive me to the edge with all that happened and was happening, including that her food should it be mashed since her dentures were damaged, at the other hospital so no teeth to eat simple enough, but they will bring her food like for a normal person that could chew, time after time calling the kitchen speaking with nutritionist Rebeca Barreto to no avail. I wasted no time to contact every one possible that I knew could help my mother but still with zero results, unbelievable!; contacted every single lawyer from the yellow pages book I found in the room, advocacy groups at the hospital, social workers, Offices of AHCA the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration “Better Care for All Floridians” field office Mr. R. Steve Emling, Area 11 Complains CCR# 2010008725 and CCR# 2010008726 as of September 9th, 2010, also there Ann Sarantos RN-BSNLHRM and Sandi Pearce RN Consultant, Senator Bill Nelson, Office of City of Miami Police Chief Miguel Exposito, patient representative department Frances Gonzalez-Diffoot (horrible monster), risk management department as per a lawyer told me on over the phone, saying he will call them as well to help my mother, well you name it !, I even had to call 911 when I was told my mother was cured and could go home, whoa!, my mother had diarrhea at the time and was not walking, still hallucinating, confused and much more, they really were pushing me to go mad, I kneel and asked the Lord for the strength I needed. Well the Police Officer A. Gilliand came after my call, to the room to tell me that he could not do anything, even do like always I explained to every one, I said to him about the abuse and all, not even a report as usual, he just said no. My mother was terminated at the hospital against her will, forcing her out in an stretcher and in an ambulance called by the hospital itself, the same way she came into the hospital; with a little prescription without explanations. What was awaiting for us at the outpatientoffices with the doctors ? Well it have been an insanity and an atrocity!.

Al llegar en la camilla al Cuarto de Emergencia del Baptist Hospital de Kendall, ya llegando a la estacion donde estan las enfermeras y unas miradas entre ellas y Mike Rodriguez de American Ambulance, me hizo sentir muy mal, la enfermera encargada de indicarnos el cuarto a la que la llevarian estuvo muy desagradable; ya estando en el cuarto el Doctor David E. Begleiter la chequeo y le dijo que le explicara, un poco explico pero yo y mi hijo le explicamos todo el abuso a que la habian sometido y cosa por cosa todo lo que le habian hecho en el hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center; entonces el regreso con una transcripcionista, repetimos todo nuevamente e insistimos que el doctor chequeara su danado cielo de la boca, su esofago, la infeccion de la orina, la neumonia y todo lo demas que tenia mal para que el hiciera lo que era correcto y reportara el abuso, pero creo que nunca lo reporto. Al rato vino la Doctora Michelle C. Brewter a la cual le dijimos todo nuevamente, ella tampoco hizo ningun reporte. Despues de esto nos dimos cuenta que estabamos en el hospital equivocado y que ellos estarian encubriendo todos los danos que le causaron en el otro hospital, y que correctos estabamos al pensar de esa manera, porque eso fue exactamente lo que ellos hicieron; pero no teniendo mas avenidas comence a rezar. Dejenme introducirlos al team de inhumanos monstruos Doctores que estuvieron encargados del cuidado de mi madre, (casi matandola con las medicinas que le daban, lo cual mi madre y yo fuimos a reportar a la Fiscalia, tambien lo reporte en el canal 8 de tv, Gen tv en el show de Patricia Arbulu el cual se hizo la grabacion en Agosto 30, 2011 en la noche y creo que salio al aire el siguiente Lunes, ese mismo dia de la grabacion yo tambien fui en la manana a reportarlo a la Oficina del Inspector General en el downtown, y mas tarde lo reportamos por escrito las dos) Doctora Carol Bravo MD, Dulce Isabel Blanco DO, y un interno Jorge Hirigoyen realmente un team que deberia ser del infierno, no de esta tierra, conjuntamente con la Doctora de familia que fuimos a ver cuando ella salio del hospital Doctora Dolores Sanchez-Cazau. Mi madre estuvo en el hospital como por 18 dias en los cuales se dedicaron a ponerle parche a todo el abuso que le habian inflijido en el Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center, no tratando de curarla, sino haciendo todo lo posible por vovlverme loca del dolor de ver que no la curaban, no chequeandole el cielo de la boca, su esofago, el ojo izquierdoo, las cosas sin autorizacion que le hicieron, ni siquiera ayudandola con la vejiga caida que tiene, solamente enfocandose en decir lo mismo que habian dicho los medicos del otro hospital que ella tenia, haciendo todo lo posible por decir los mismos problemas, ni siquiera haciendo que la chequearan Cardiologos del famoso centro de Cardilogia del Baptist Hospital sino medicos de consultas privadas afuera del hospital el Cardiologo Doctor Damian F. Chaupin, lo mismo el Neurologo Doctor Brad Herskowitz ellos aparecian en el cuarto pocas veces sin decirme nada en concreto tratando de llevarme al abismo con todo lo que paso y lo que estaba pasando incluyendo que su comida debia ser en puree ya que su dentura fue danada en el otro hospital y no tenia dientes para masticar simplemente, pero le traian la comida como para una personal normal que podria masticar, teniendo que contactar y contactar la cocina y hablar con la nutricionista Rebeca Barreto pero sin resultado. Yo no perdi tiempo en contactar toda persona posible que yo sabia podia ayudar a mi madre, pero con cero resultados, increible ! contacte a todos los abogados de la guia de paginas amarillas que encontre en el cuarto, grupos de ayuda del hospital, las trabajadoras sociales, oficina del AHCA la Agencia de la Administracion de la Salud en la Florida “El mejor cuidado para los floridianos” al oficial encargado para el area 11 Senor R. Steve Emling caso #CCR 20-10008725 y caso #CCR 20-10008726 con fecha de Septiembre 9, 2011, alli tambien Ann Sarantos RN-BSNLHRM y tambien Sandi Pearce RN Consultant, Senador Bill Nelson, oficina del Jefe de la Policia de Miami Miguel Exposito, representante de departamento a pacientes Frances Gonzalez-Diffoot (horrible monstruo), el departamento de riesgo el cual fue un abogado el que me dijo que fuera ahi y que el tambien llamaria para ayudar a mi madre, bueno a todos lados !, Hasta tuve que llamar al 911 linea de emergencia cuando me dijeron que ya mi madre estaba curada y se podia ir a la casa, alabado ! mi madre estaba con diarreas en ese momento y no caminaba, continuaba con alucinaciones, confundida y mucho mas, realmente estaban empujando bien duro para que me volviera loca, pero yo me arrodille y le pedi a Dios me diera fuerza para soportarlo. El oficial de la Policia A. Gilliand acudio despues de mi llamada, vino al cuarto a decirme que el no podia hacer nada, a pesar de que le explique a el, lo mismo que siempre le he explicado a todo el mundo, acerca del abuso y todo lo demas, nisiquiera hizo un reporte lo mismo de siempre, solo dijo que no lo hacia. Mi madre fue sacada del Hospital a nuestro pesar y en contra de su voluntad, forzandola afuera en una camilla que el mismo hospital busco, bueno de la misma manera que llego desafortunadamente, con una receta y sin explicaciones. Que nos esperaba afuera en las consultas de los doctores que ella tendria que ver ? Bueno fue y ha sido una insanidad y una atrocidad !.

Beginning that my mother was in a wheel chair (due to the medications she was taking something I found out later) but like that we attended many medical appointments, I was committed to try once more to see if due to my mother condition we would find some compaction and the help she needed; we began visiting family Doctor Dolores Sanchez-Cazau on September 2nd, 2010 absolutely awful to say the least, a real monster, my mother almost die because of the pills prescribed following what the team of doctors at the hospital said with disregards of what my mother was explaining to her about the medicines; did not visit her anymore. Then trying to get my mother dentures fix or replace went to the office of Doctor Nancy Sosa (another monster) at the Dental Center at Baptist Hospital on September 7th, 2010 another nightmare, could not go again. We tried then the office of Dentist Doctor Lisa Miranda, DDS, on September, 2010, but it was another nightmare. Visiting then Cardiologist Doctor Ramon L. Lloret (a monster) at Cardiovascular Center of South Florida on September 8th, 2010 we were please at first when he assured us her heart was very well, that the medication was for her clots, only having to take them for six months, but when we show him her legs without any symptoms and asked him to do all necessary tests to find out the need for the pills, he refused, did not want to see my mother anymore, sending her a letter, letters that will be famous later on, since most of the doctors did the same. Trying then for her hearing aide with Doctor Horacio P. Groisman (a monster) from the same group of ENT that saw her before at Baptist outpatient, the South Florida Associates, PA but at Coral Gables on September 15th, 2010 few visits to do some tests, with some problems in between, but kept on trying urged to get her hearing aids for so many years, then it would be late on the year and still not ready, conclusion never got them. After begging to see family Doctor Pedro Albite, an appoitment was given to us, but to see another Doctor at their office Doctor Jorge A. Rodriguez-Martel (super monster) on September 20th, 2010 few horrible visits as well, stop been back. All this happening but at this point my mother was recuperating, walking by herself and more, due to my utmost care balancing her medications with a very good diet found at the American Heart Ass. web-page, since doctors were not helping in any way, it took a lot of reading from me to understand her condition well and with the help of God. Went to Cardiologist Doctor Raul D. Mitrani at Aventura Hospital outpatient Cardiovascular Consultants on October 11th, 2010 thinking that changing the area will help us in the quest for help, but none of that, he was the most indecent human being I have come to know, and I have known many !, not only in his office his assistant did awful things to us, but he was not in any way willing to help us, something we found out the hard way later on, but we could feel it from the beginning , but we ignored and endured all they did to us, just trying to hold on to one doctor in hope of that much need help; he was so horrible and I believe he was planning little by little, knowing some one had his back: altered pills and eye drops; not to go into it much because is very painful, but forcing us to live the country on December 1st, 2010 trying to find help for her, and protection for all of us in another country (Canada, at the Hotel Park Inn Aeroport Montreal Airport, 7300 Cote-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, QC,H4t1E7 where they damaged my computer), unfortunately not helping us (just wanting to have us as refugees) treating us less than animals, and AT&T jamming somehow my cellular. Kept going to another country seeing various doctors and returning in December 22nd, 2010 with a different approach, more medical knowledge and gotten the same name new eye drops and pills, working good for her and not harming her, it cost us a lot but we were right on the dot !, the medications here had a problem !, I will talk about the trips later on. Well finding another dental Doctor with credentials Office of Claudio L. Miro on October 12th, 2010, few visits showed us how bad things were looking, and that nothing will be accomplished, so we stop going but at least he gave us our money back. Out to visit the Glaucoma specialist that we had to wait months to get an appointment Doctor Ariadna Gonzalez-Zipse on October 26th, 2010 at Med Eye Ass., so horrible that went that did not came back, she apparently in cahoots with Cardiologist Doctor Raul D. Mitrani since she wanted very urge for me to tell him ” timolol ” and I told her why ? that he was aware of her eye drops name, no straight answer. Visiting Neurologist Doctor Guillermo Martinez on November 3rd, 2010 at Neuroscience Consultants was more of a mockery than a consultation, never back. Then off to visit an urologist for her problem with her collapse bladder, Doctor I. Anthony Cardella on November 23rd, 2010 his office right in front of the urologist that she saw before that never helped her Doctor Robert A. Puig, well it was awful as well, could not returned. Going to another Neurologist Doctor David A. Robbins at Kendall office on January 3rd, 2011 what a horrible monster, left running !. Another visit to a different Glaucoma specialist Doctor Joseph Kurstin, and Doctor Abraham Awad that work with him, (two monsters) on February 17th, 2011 even do when we will call the secretaries will tell me he was not an specialist for glaucoma, needless to say we never came back. Seen Doctor Jorge L. Perez another Glaucoma specialist on April 5th, 2011 at this appointment I was more knowledgeable asking him to use the latest, a laser to control glaucoma called SLT Selective Laser traberculoplasty without need for eye drops, first thing came out from his mouth is that he lended the instrument to someone else, can you believe that ? when he realized the hollow of his words he started to talk to fix it, saying things controversial about the laser, but I just knew right there that for some reason they did not wanted to stop putting the eye drops on her, and since we were telling doctors time and time the eye drops had a problem that were harming my mother; how come none of them were willing to try anything that could have the possibility to make her well? that after visiting five of this “great” specialists, no one mentioned that type of efficient laser, so realizing that there was a reason why they were not going to help her but keep on harming her sight and more of her body, because the drops were also afecting her health, we got very sad. Trying to find a Neurologist we got to Doctor John L. Albornoz (another monster) at Mercy Hospital outpatient office on April 28, 2011, he did a very good check up to my mother, so he got the” picture ” of her condition, now I asked myself why he needed to know so well her condition ?, because when he finished things got nasty, he had no intention to help my mother, so why some of them are interested in following how she is doing ? and do not do anything to get her in shape the way it should be ? what are they using that information for ? making a note of this, because at this time I notice that from the last three doctors we went to see two of them did the same, but not to help her at all, so I repeat what for ?; this behavior I noticed before but until this time did not come to mind they were capable of such malevolence. Well got to the office of Cardiologist Doctor Andres R. Palomo on May 4th, 2011, at Cardiovascular Interventions of Miami PA, we asked for the practice main doctor but he was the only choice we were given, another super monster, doing lots of tests on my mother for what ? no help whatsoever, we did not returned. Trying again in another area far away at Sunrise Medical Group Neurology Center, saw Doctor Alvaro Padilla, so he said, he sure did not look like him (saw him before on tv) (second time it happened to us with doctors) something I mentioned to him, and he got very agitated, and left the room very fast, almost not paying any attention to my mother, so that was it. Then trying hard to find relief for my mother eyes we went to the office of Doctor Richard S. Kalski (a mosnter) glaucoma specialist, he did check her well, what for ?, did nothing, then he refer her to someone else saying he was not all qualify to treat her, I told him that I asked very well to the assistant before the appointment if he was qualify so I would not waste his or our time, and she told me yes, again nothing accomplished, it really look to us like he did not wanted to get involved. We had some more visits we wanted to attend regarding her eyes, but either they cancelled or not confirm us the appointments, also with other different doctors, like if doctors were sending us a “message” do not badder to come, you wont get any help; so my mother very upset, sad and crying told me no more, no more she will let people toy, mock at her and be mistreated by them without any positive results of getting help to cure her, as this point we desisted on our quest, but keep on trying to find that avenue that will lead us to open an investigation to help us stop so much abuse and suffering to our whole family.

Comenzare contando que mi madre estaba en una silla de rueda (debido a las pastillas que estaba tomando, cosa de la cual me di cuenta mucho despues) asi atendimos a muchas citas de medicos, yo estaba empenada nuevamente a ver si dada la condicion de mi madre encontrabamos alguna compacion y la ayuda que ella tanto necesitaba; comenzamos visitando a la Doctora de familia Dolores Sanchez-Cazau en Septiembre 2, 2010 fue absolutamente espantoso para decir lo menos, un verdadero monstruo, por poco mata a mi madre al prescribirle las mismas medicinas que en el hospital, ella siguiendo lo prescrito por el team de medicos del Baptist Hospital, sin ponerle atencion a lo que mi madre le explicaba sobre los medicamentos, no regresamos. Tratando de arreglarle a mi madre su dentadura o hacerle una nueva fuimos a la oficina de la Doctora Nancy Sosa (otro monstruo) en el Centro Dental del Baptist Hospital en Septiembre 7, 2010 otra pesadilla, no pudimos ir mas. Tratamos tambien la oficina de la Dentista Doctora Lina Miranda, DDS, en Septiembre, 2010 y fue otra pesadilla. Luego visitamos al Cardiologo Doctor Ramon L. Lloret (un monstruo) en el Centro Cardiovascular de la Florida en Septiembre 8, 2010 nos sentimos bien en el principio al asegurarnos que el corazon de mi madres estaba muy bien, que las medicinas eran para los coagulos teniendo que tomarlas solo por seis meses, pero cuando le mostramos las piernas de ella sin ningun sintoma y le pedimos al Doctor que el le hiciera todos los examenes necesarios para determinar porque era que tenia que tomar esas pastillas, el se rehuso y no quiso ver a mi madre de nuevo, mandandole una carta al respecto, cartas que han sido famosas ya que muchos Doctores hicieron lo mismo. Tratando de resolver los audifonos para mejorar su audicion fuimos a la consulta del Doctor Horacio P. Groisman (otro monstruo) del mismo grupo de Otorrinos que ella consulto en la oficina del Baptist Hospital, South Florida Associates, PA pero esta vez en Coral Gables en Septiembre 15, 2010, fuimos a unas cuantas visitas para algunas pruebas, pasando alli algunos problemas, pero siguiendo tratando por la urgencia que mi madre tenia de ellos por tantos anos, luego todavia al final de ano no estaba listo, la conclusion fue que nunca los tuvimos. Despues de pedir mucho ver al Doctor de familia Pedro Albite, nos dieron una cita en su misma oficina pero con otro, el Doctor Jorge A. Rodriguez-Martel (super monstruo) en Septiembre 20, 2010 algunas horribles citas a su consulta y no fuimos mas. Todo esto sucediendo pero a este punto my madre se estaba recuperando, caminando sola y mas, esto debido al tremendo cuidado proporcionado por mi balanceando sus medicinas con una buena dieta saludable que la consegui en la pagina del web de la Asociacion Americana del Corazon, ya que los medicos no me le daban ninguna ayuda, cosa que me tomo el tener que leer muchisimo para poder entender en la condicion que se encontraba y tambien contamos con la ayuda de Dios. Luego fuimos a visitar al Cardiologo Doctor Raul D. Mitrani en las oficinas del Hospital de Aventura Consultas Cardiovasculares en Octubre 11, 2010 pensando que cambiando de area nos ayudaria en nuestra busqueda de que curaran a mi madre, pero no fue asi, fue el mas indicente ser humano que he conocido y mira que he conocidos muchisimos !, no solo en su oficina su asistente nos hacia cosas horribles, sino que el noiba a estar dispuesto a ayudarnos de ninguna manera, cosa que supimos de la manera mas dura mas adelante, aunque podiamos sentirlo desde el principio, ignoramos todo y soportamos todo tratando de mantener un doctor con la esperanza de la tan necesitada ayuda, el fue tan horrible, y creo que tenia todo planeado poquito a poco, confiado que alguien lo estaba respaldando: pastillas y las gotas de los ojos alteradas, no quiero entrar demasiado en esto porque es demasiado doloroso, el nos forzo a salir del pais en Diciembre 1ro, 2010 tratando de buscar la ayuda que mi madre necesitaba y proteccion para todos nosotros en otro pais (Canada, en el Hotel Park Inn Aeroport, Montreal Airport, 7300 Cote-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, QC, H4T1E7 donde me danaron mi computadora), desafortunadamente no nos ayudaron (queriendonos dar estatus de refujiados) tratandonos peor de lo que se trata a los animales, y AT&T de alguna manera cortando mi celular. De ahi a otro pais logrando ver varios doctores y regresando en Diciembre 2010, con diferente actitud y con mas conocimiento medico y compramos los medicamentos los cuales no le causaron ningun dano, nos costo muchisimo todo eso, pero nos dio la razon de lo aqui estaba pasando, las medicinas compradas aqui tenian problema, de estos viajes escribire mas tarde. Encontramos otro dentista con credenciales el Doctor Claudio L. Miro fuimos a su oficina en Octubre 12, 2010 unas cuantas visitas nos dio a entender lo malo que estban saliendo las cosas, no pudimos resolver nada asi que no regresamos, por lo menos nos devolvio el dinero. Nuestra visita a la especialista de Glaucoma Ariadna Gonzalez-Zipse (real monster) en Octubre 26, 2010 en Med Eye Ass. la pasamos tan mal que no regresamos, ella aparentemente en trapanas con el Cardiologo Doctor Raul D. Mitrani ya que a ella le urgia que yo le dijera “timolol” y le pregunte el Por Que? que el ya conocia el nombre de las gotas que mi madre se hechaba, no tuve una respuesta propia. Visitamos al Neurologo Doctor Guillermo Martinez en Noviembre 3, 2010 en los Consultantes de Neurociencia fue mas una burla que una consulta, no volvimos. Fuimos a una cita con otro Urologo para su problema de vejiga caida el Doctor I. Anthony Cardella en Noviembre 23, 2010 su oficina localizada frente por frente al otro Doctor Roberto Puig que no la ayudo en nada, esa consulta fue horrible, no pudimos regresar. Fuimos a ver a otro Neurologo el Doctor David A. Robbins at his Kendall office en Enero 3, 2011 que horroroso monstruo, salimos corriendo !. Visitamos a otro specialista de Glaucoma Doctor Joseph Kurstin y Doctor Abraham Awad que trabaja con el, (que dos monstruos) en Febrero 17, 2011 aunque cuando llamamos las secretarias nos decian que no eran especialistas de Glaucoma, no necesitamos decir que no pudimos regresar. Sin desistir fuimos a la consulta del especialista de Glaucoma Jorge L. Perez en Abril 5, 2011 ahora ya yo tenia mas conocimiento y le pedi que le hiciera lo ultimo que se esta implementando el laser para controlar el glaucoma llamado SLT Laser Slectivo Traberculoplasty con lo cual no se necesitan las gotas para los ojos, lo primero que le vino a la mente decir fue que el habia prestado el aparato, pueden creer esto ? cuando se dio cuenta de la tonteria que habia dicho entonces trato de arreglar la cosa, diciendo cosas controversiales acerca del procedimiento del laser, ahi mismo me di cuenta que habia alguna razon por la cual no querian dejar de hecharle las gotas de los ojos a mi madre, y como siempre le estabamos diciendo a todos ellos, que las gotas tenian un problema el cual le estaba haciendo dano a mi madre, como ninguno de ellos no iban a intentar otro procedimiento para aliviarle y mejorarla ?, ya que despues de visitar cinco de estos “Gran” especialistas ninguno menciono este procedimiento tan eficaz, entendimos que existe alguna razon por la cual ellos no han querido curarla, ni tenian intencion de hacerlo sino seguir danando su vision y su cuerpo, ya que las gotas tambien le afectaban su salud y nos pusimos muy tristes. Continuamos tratando de encontrar un Neurologo y vimos al Doctor John L. Albornoz (otro monstruo) en las oficinas a pacientes del Hospital Mercy en Abril 28, 2011, el le hizo un buen reconocimiento, asi que supo como se encontraba ella, y yo me pregunte, para que necesitaba saber tanto en que condicion ella se encontraba ? ya que al terminar las cosas se volvieron horribles, el no tenia ninguna intension de ayudar a mi madre, entonces porque algunos se interesan en saber como esta ella y no hacen nada por que mejore, curandola ? para que usan la informacion ? hagan nota de esto ya que, en estos meses me di cuenta que de los tres ultimos medicos que visitamos, dos de ellos hicieron lo mismo, pero sin curarla, asi que repito para que los hacian ?; este comportamiento lo note mucho antes lo que hasta este momento no podia comprender tanta tremenda maldad. Fuimos a la consulta de otro Cardiologo el Doctor Andres R. Palomo en Mayo 4, 2011, en su oficina Intervenciones Cardiovasculares de Miami PA, nosotros habiamos pedido consulta con el doctor principal, pero solo nos dieron con este otro super monstruo, le mando a hacer examenes y examenes, pero para que ? no la ayudo en nada, no regresamos. Tratando otra area, en Sunrise Medical Group Neurology Center llegamos a la consulta del Neurologo Doctor Alvaro Padilla, al menos dijo que era el, aque no se parecia en nada (lo vimos antes en tv) (segunda vez que nos pasa eso con los doctores) yo se lo dije y el se puso muy agitado y se fue de la consulta rapidamente, casi no le presto atencion a mi madre, aqui termino todo. Seguimos buscando como mejorar la vision de mi madre y visitamos al especialista de Glaucoma Richard S. Kalski (a monster) el le chequeo bien los ojos, y me vuelvo a preguntar para que ? no hizo nada y la refirio a otro specialista diciendo que el no estaba tan calificado para tratarla, le consteste que yo habia preguntado muy bien a la asisitente antes de verlo a el para asi que ni el ni nosotras perdieramos tiempo y ella me confirmo que si estaba capacitado, asi que no resolvimos nada, nos parecio como que el no queria comprometerse. Teniamos mas consultas para visitar, referente a su vision pero o nos cancelaron o no nos confirmaron las citas, lo mismo con otros doctores, como si nos estuvieran mandando un “mensaje” ni se preocupen en seguir viniendo que no les vamos a ayudar; mi madre estaba muy disgustada, triste y llorando me dijo que no mas iba a dejar que los doctores siguieran jugando, burlandose de ella y maltratandola sin ningun resultado positivo de que la ayudaran a curarse, ya a este punto desistimos en nuestra busqueda, aun seguimos tratando de encontrar esa avenida que nos lleve a que se comience una investigacion que nos ayude a parar tanto abuso y sufrimiento a nuestra familia.

Dear Mr.Cohen (Carmel Cafero Show Channel 7); After our conversation over the phone, here is some of how can I explain what the elaborate retaliation is been happening to us, now for eight years and counting. Like I explained to you on August 30th I met with the special agent investigator Felix Jimenez at the Inspector General Office to file a complain investigation giving him papers, I hope everything do not end up in the garbage like always or that they try to harm me personally more than they are already doing. Recently they also damage my mother heart, stomach and esophagus at Kendall Regional Medical Hospital I had to transfer her to Baptist were they did not want to bring the specialist to check her up trying to cover up for the other hospital, I called the police twice, once to transfer her because the hospital will not let me and then later to make Baptist check the damages done to my mother, both without any good results, the Baptist just send us out with my mother sick on August 26, we were forced out. I was on the TV show on Channel GEN TV asking the State attorneys office for an investigation to my whole case also on August 30th, with the journalist Patricia Arbulu. But nothing has been done, but trying to drive us all more crazy that they are already been doing. Sinnce we are not able to be treated by doctors, or they use the info. they have on us to make us sick instead of using it to cure us, we are afraid of them, so it is easy to say later: like when the death of the father of my sons occurred suddenly, the excused used was that he had not seen a doctor for two years to tell him that he was having trouble with his heart and died from it, something I am not buying because Dr. Juan Mantilla did treated him doing physicals before and never found him to have any problems, and as you can read here the Hospital my mother was in, caused her by their medical malpractice, and also unauthorized tests to damaged her, so I wonder who would be next…….

Tambien quisiera introducir a continuacion el contenido de las aplicaciones que llenamos en Noviembre 17, 2008 y Enero 29, 2009 cuando fuimos a la Oficina del Congresista Mario Diaz-Balart, el cual no solo escogimos por su posicion, sino que en algun momento nuestras familias se conocieron en el Reparto Tarara, Habana, Cuba, ya que mi tio politico era el Senor Enrique Hernandez Nardo, Jefe de Policia, luego General durante la gobernacion del Presidente Grau San Martin, mas tarde mi tio fue prisionero politico en la “Cabana” por anos. Estimado Mr.Cohen (Carmel Cafero Show Channel 7); Despues de nuestra conversacion telefonica, aqui le envio algo de lo que nos ha estado sucediendo lo mejor que puedo explicarselo de lo que enos esta sucediendo ya por ocho anos y seguimos contando. Como le habia explicado ya, en Agosto 30th me entreviste con el agente investigador especial Felix Jimenez en la oficina del Inspector General para poner la queja sobre nuestra situacion y que abrieran una investigacion y nos protejieran, le entregue todos los papeles, espero que mis papeles no terminen en la basura como siempre o que ellos traten de hacerme mas dano del que ya me hacen. Recientemente tambien le danaron el corazon, el estomago, el esofago y mas en el Hospital Kendall Regional Medical Center, I had to transfer her to Baptist Hospital donde ellos tampoco quisieron traer los especialistas para chequearla propiamente, tratando de “tirarle la toalla” a lo que el otro Hospital habia hecho, yo tuve hasta que llamar a la policia dos veces, la primera vez para transferirla al otro hospital ya en el que estab no me dejaba llevarmela y luego en el Baptist porque no chequeaban los danos hechos a mi madre sacandola del hospital, en ninguno de los dos casos la policia me ayudo, y forzaron a mi madre a dejar el hospital en Agosto 26 con esas condiciones. Estuve en el programa de television GenTv pidiendole a la Fiscal que abriera una investigacion de nuestra situacion grabado en Agosto 30th, 2010 con la periodista Patricia Arbulu, pero hasta ahora no han hecho nada para mejorar nuestra situacion, por el contrario tratan mas duro de volvernos locos de lo que ya lo hacen. Y ya que como a nosotros los doctores no nos curan, sino que usan la informacion de nuestros cuerpos que tienen para enfermarnos, no para curarnos, tenemos mucho mucho miedo de ellos; por eso es resulta mas facil para nuestros abusadores decir mas tarde, (por ejemplo: como cuando ocurrio la subita muerte del padre de mis hijos, la excusa fue que el no habia visto al medico por dos anos to tell him he was having troble with his heart and die from it) que no visitamos los medicos; porsupuesto que en el caso del padre de mis hijos, eso no lo trago yo pues el fue visto por el Doctor Juan Mantilla el cual lo examino todo diciendole que no tenia nada de que preocuparse. Y como usted esta leyendo aqui el primer hospital en el que estuvo mi madre hubo mala practica medica, negligencia y abuso tanto de los doctores como de las enfermeras, causandole danos a ella, adicionando los examenes no autorizados que le hicieron, asi que es muy preocupante esta situacion y a veces podemos preguntarnos quien sera el proximo……..

Sr.Abogado John H.Ruiz del Programa “La Ley TV (Lawyer on TV)”: Estamos muy emocionadas de que nuestro caso haya sido mencionado en su programa, ya que ningun abogado nos ayuda, tambien le felicitamos por la nueva adquisicion del Sr. Rene Pedrosa, creemos que es un gran hombre con grandes valores morales y espero que juntos puedan hacer justicia en nuestro caso. Aqui le mandamos una resena breve de lo que nos esta aconteciendo por mas de 7 1/2 anos, en realidad le madamos la copia enviada al Sr. Rene Pedrosa. Tratamos de escribirle anoche pero teniamos la internet bloqueada, como casi siempre…

Estimado Rene Pedrosa (Reporter): Por favor no te olvides de nosotros, aqui te re-envio el caso de nosotros….En Febrero 11, 2010, llegaron a la puerta de nuestro hogar a las 8:00AM la policia con el Sr.Rick Dabalsa de la Compania Dabar Investments, Inc. quien uso una direccion de un gymnasio en los papeles de la corte que nos dio para mostrar que habia comprado nuestra casa en (Gymm:13661 SW 26 St., Miami, Fla. 33175), pero su negocio o negocios porque aparecieron dos en la internet estan registrados a dos direcciones diferentes, ese senor se presento con la Policia diciendo que tenian una orden de eviccion, sin una carta de la corte, sin un aviso de nada, no tengo palabras para describir la brutalidad con que hemos sido tratados, mi pobre madre de 86 anos, que fue la que contesto a la puerta, lo que te puedo contar que hemos perdido todo, sacaron la mayoria de las cosas a la calle rompiendolo todo, luego la lluvia termino de hacer su trabajo, y se quedaron con muchas cosas incluyendo los documentos que tenia lo que se dice: “Ran sack” the house para quedarse con todos las documentos importantes que incriminan a muchas personas que nos han hecho dano ha sido una cosa insana, premeditada y malsana…..Mi nueva localidad es 13343 SW 9 Terrace, Miami, Fla 33184, donde uniconos quisieron rentar, despues de tener mas de medio millon de dolaresen el banco y no nos dejaron comprar ni rentar en ningun lado a pesarde todos nuestros esfuerzos desde el 2006, por favor este Horrror no puede quedar impune, acabo de escuchar hoy en la TV Noticiero del cambio tuyo, yo trate de llamar al programa “La Ley” y cuando comunique me dijeron que no cogian mi caso, por favor te ruego que hagas algo por esta familia que no ha hecho nada a nadie, solo defenderse de tanta maldad a que hemos sido sometidos desde el 2002.. Te queremos siempre y gracias por habernos contactado en algun momento.

Estimado Sr. Pimienta: Agradecida por su llamada telefonica, si es que fue usted con el que hable hoy, ya que no me parecio nada normal, la falta de interes que demostro, no solo en no hacerme el web-site, sino en explicarme y ayudarme como resolver entrar en los blogs, siendo usted como tanto ha dicho en los programas de Ma. Elvira un experto fenomenal en computadoras. Tambien estuvo muy raro que me dejara en el telefono y que se colgara la llamada dejandome con la palabra en la boca, pero bueno por eso es que le escribo esta pequena nota, tambien para que se de cuenta de que mi caso es muy complicado y de que su ayuda seria de mucho valor le adjunto una resena de lo que estamos pasando todos en mi familia, sigo estando interesada en un web-site si en algun momento pudiera ayudarme.
